- Conduct ongoing monitoring visits to assigned investigational sites
- Prepare essential documents
- Organize investigator and initiation meeting
- Ensure accordance with the approved protocol, SOPs and ICH-GCP
- Develop close connection with investigator and study site
- Frequent traveling required

Qualification
- B.S. or higher degree on Clinical Medicine / Nursing science
- At least one year CRA experience or two years or more clinical practices at hospital
- Previous experience in international pharmaceutical company or CRO would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good English writing skill
- Sufficient computer skills on Microsoft Office
