- 负责审核客户的测试申请，并与客户澄清相关技术要求；
- 根据客户的需求，按照公司业务标准给予报价；
- 与相关业务运作团队沟通委托的测试业务事项，并做好跟单工作；
- 根据实验室操作流程及客户需求，协调完成订单；
- 维护并加强现有的客户关系，处理售后服务事宜。

职位要求：
－大专或以上学历，纺织/染整/皮革/材料/化学/国际贸易等相关专业者优先；
－具有客户服务工作经历者优先；
－为人诚信，具有良好的沟通技巧和客服意识；
－责任心强，主动积极，良好的沟通及团队合作精神；
－工作条理性强，能承受一定工作压力；
－有良好的英语（CET-4或以上）和办公室操作软件的应用能力。 举报 分享
