1.Handle the customer service tasks for some dedicated clients (Documentation / Boarding instruction and confirmation / invoicing) and ensure that the need of customers are being satisfied.
2.Organize, improve and develop a customer service process for entire Guangzhou office
3.Handle face to face enquiries from overseas agencies and network.
4.Handling customer complain and give a quick feedback to clients’ or network by investigating and solving customers' problems
5.developing feedback or complaints procedures
6.Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service, to develop relevant knowledge and skills
7.Conduct gap analysis on standard operation process and specified customer operation process
8.Quotation implementation, follow up shipment closely
9.Leading the Guangzhou team to professional customer service staff
10.Manage team staff work respectively and arrange job task
11.Make sure file were completely and accurately closed timely
12.The monitoring of data quality for customer and the immediate
13.Implementation of corrective actions within the CS teams
14.Identify and implementation solutions to facilitate the customer requirement.
15.Have strong Knowledge of Air Freight , both export and import
16.Have 7 years or more working experience in customer service, at least 3+ years work as a supervisor or above
17.Good management skills to take lead of CS team
18.Excellent English both in oral and written
