岗位概要: Key Performance Area
1. Team player, hands-on and willing to deal with difficult tasks.
2. Comfortable with being creativity, flexible, assertive and convincing.
主要工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
1. Support the product development projects in the area of innovation, quality improvements and HMM as well.
2. Provide valuable ideation and concept for bun and rice dumpling development, also can make the prototype according to product concept.
3. Develop manufacturing procedures for product improvements and new product manufacture with highest safety and quality standards based on global quality and safety policies.
4. Develop maximal cost efficiency of new and existing formulas with highest taste quality.
5. Complete the other tasks that the Product Development Manager arranges.
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
1. Education: Minimal requirement is junior chief college; owning professional diploma at Chinese style cuisine or Dim Sum is preferred. 大专以上学历,专业中餐或点心师资格
2. Experience: Minimal 8 years at Chinese cuisine or Dim Sum restaurant, work experience in foods Company’s R&D team is preferred. 8年以上中餐或点心相关制作经验,有食品公司研发部门工作经验者优先
3. Knowledge:
a) Professional knowledge at Chinese cuisine and Dim sum as well
b) Sensitivity to ingredient matching
4. Skills & Competency:
a) Strong passion and enthusiasm to foods creation job
b) Good communication to clearly articulate ideas
c) Good computer skills
