Overview:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for business development and support the achievement of fee & net income target
Delivery of engagement projects to meet time line and budget target
Responsible for developing, training, and coaching staffs
Manage staff utilisation
Develop thought leadership content
Responsible for administrative issues within the department
Key representative for marketing our work within KPMG and external targeted communities


Experience:
Finance, Business Development, and Project Management experience are desirable
A minimum of eight years experience in management consultancy, Big 4 advisory or with a blue chip company with demonstrable experience in at least two of the following: business process reengineering, finance and accounting, organizational restructuring, programme management, performance measurement, etc.
Result oriented and a positive work attitude
Industry experience within the banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications or manufacturing industries is preferred
We require all candidates to have strong ethics, and possess flexible, creative and innovative approach to problem solving and possess strong interpersonal and communication skill
The candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin in verbal and written
The candidate can be of Chinese or foreign citizenship.
