Overview

Responsibilities:

?Launch, monitor and manage staffs' voluntary CSR activities in the Shanghai office
?Provide direction, support and recommendations to offices in eastern, western and southern China, and help their CSR committees and partners in charge develop their own CSR plans and activities
?Initiate and implement regional and local CSR activities, working with other functions and CSR committees in each office
?Develop and manage CSR budgets in respective offices
?Help with CSR communication, including the CSR report, CSR intranet & internet content, CSR videos, etc.
?Identify influential CSR awards and try and ensure KPMG China is nominated
?Provide CSR-related staff training and orientation
?Assist in making recommendations regarding which organisations should get grants from the firm's charitable foundation
?Lead the due diligence work, set out guidelines, and help review proposals for charitable organisations and events
?Manage relationships with external stakeholders including NGOs, governments, chambers of commerce, etc.
?Assist CSR and the Diversity director in developing and executing local and regional diversity initiatives

Experience:

?University degree, preferably with a major in a related field
?8 years' relevant experience at a sizeable company, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level
?Ability to multi-task and deal with people at all levels
?Can work independently under minimal guidance
?Good understanding of sustainability issues and key pressing world issues
?Knowledge of GRI and IS26000 will be an advantage
?Excellent communication, negotiation, forward-planning and project management skills
?Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
?Positive attitude, assertiveness, self driven and open mindedness
?Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
?Experience in the NGO sector related areas will be preferred
