职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
C&B:
- Make sure the accuracy on the monthly payroll calculation and IIT declaration.
- Work closely with CIIC to ensure the accuracy on the monthly social insurance and commercial insurance payment.
- New join/leave management for staff.
- Drive staff benefits annual programs (i.e. annual physical checkup, flu vaccinations, HepB vaccinations, holiday allowance, etc.).
- Annual social insurance and housing fund base figure declaration and audit if required.
- Process management for staff employment/social insurance transfer.
- Work closely with C&B manager to review/update C&B policies.
- Develop the user-friendly C&B calculation tools.
- Staff costs analysis per the business needs.
- Monthly C&B reports (i.e. OT report, Medivac report, Leave management report, Commercial Insurance report, Payroll analysis report, etc.)
- Personnel file management.
- Other HR tasks assigned.
Admin:
- Company activities organizing and make sure the total costs within the budget.
- Create innovative and feasible ideas for company activities.
- Be the caring facilitators for Shanghai office.
- Office projects support when needed.
- Reception support when needed.
Qualification:
- 3 years C&B experiences in MNC
- Staff activity organization experience is a plus
- Experience in fast developing industry is preferred
- Bachelor degree and above
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent written and oral English
