Job requirement:
1. Direct and control the accounts team to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
2.Prepare all necessary accounts statements and reports, including the cash flow tables, P/L accounts and balance sheet to facilitate the effective management of the company.
3.Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor the actual results against budget projections to assist decision making.
4.Prepare year-end accounting and taxation reports to ensure that the company complies with legal and business requirements.
5.Prepare and monitor cash flow projections and associated records to determine the need for additional funds.
6.Monitor the financial information system to ensure that timely and accurate information is provided for managerial decision making.
7.Participate in financial audits and provide auditors with all required information..
8.Keep systems and procedures under constant review to ensure that they continue to contribute to the provision of a high quality service to the company.
9.Support the Department Head in departmental management functions.
10.Assist in other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications:
1. 30 to 35 years old
2. 5+ years working experiences in retail/EC industry
3. CPA
4. CET-6, Fluent in English (preferably an experience in any Western or Japanese company)
