岗位职责：

1. Managing and monitoring the network infrastructure. 管理并监控网络架构。
2. Mangaging the telephone system.电话系统管理。
3. Provide the mobility technical support to the users.为用户的移动设备提供技术支持。
4. Providing regular maintenance and updates to all applications and hardwares, ensuring the security of all devices提供日常电脑软硬件升级维护，保障设备安全。
5. Solve the user daily operation and issues; answer the user’s questions in time.解决用户的日常操作等问题，及时回答处理他们的提问。
6. Use the ticket system to record and track the daily IT issues /requests利用ticket管理系统做好日常IT问题及需求的文档记录和跟踪工作。
7. Support the implementation of IT projects. 支持实施相关IT项目
8. Coordinate with H.Q. for the user change request 与总部协调处理用户变更需求
9. Fulfill other targets required by company management 完成公司安排的其他任务

岗位要求：

1. Above college degree Education background: associate degree in IT 专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业
2. 3 years of relevant working experience. 具有至少3年相关工作经验
3. Age 25 – 30 年龄25至30岁
4. Good knowledge about MS Office 2007/2010, WinXP/Win7 and Windows Server.具有丰富的微软office 2007 / 2010及 Win XP / Win7和Windows服务器版使用经验
5. Competent in resolving issues of both hardware and software 有能力解决各种软硬件问题
6. Proficiency in the concept of MS AD. 熟练掌握微软AD相关知识。
7. Strong sense of responsibility and customer oriented. 强烈的责任感和客户服务意识
8. Good verbal and writing communication skills in both English and Mandarin. 流利使用普通话及英语.
9. Must be a good team player and self-motivated善于团队合作，主动性高
