职位描述

Summary: Responsible for monitoring performance of the HR Services hub; collect and process performance metrics; analyze and generate reports; maintain benchmarks and suggest improvements; Acting the reporting services role in short term and provide reporting services by working together with APAC Capability lead.

? Implement and maintain processes to collect performance metrics from relevant sources
? Monitor and verify integrity and completeness of performance data collected; review with management before distributing to the others
? Collect and analyze performance data points to identify potential issues; validate for discrepancies and resolve or escalate as per the defined process
? Prepare analytics and performance reports on a regular and ad hoc basis, as requested
? Build and maintain dashboard and data visualizations to allow for servicing analytics to keep track of team performance
? Track the Case Monitoring system to ensure that requests are being serviced as per the SLAs; identify any deviations and follow up with concerned stakeholders to determine improvement opportunities
? Analyze and customize reports from the case monitoring system to present a summary view for business leaders and management
? Research and update best practices within and outside the organization to establish performance benchmark data
? Suggest performance improvement initiatives and support implementation of programs to improve performance
? Responsible for supporting and developing training and communication to inform of required performance management metrics, process changes and other improvement initiatives of the HR Service Center
? Acting the reporting services analyst role in short term (6~12 months), provide reporting services to customer by working under the APAC Capability lead.

? Data analysis and reporting capability.
? Good English communication skills both in written and speaking.
? Data Mining ability.
? Metrics design capability.
? HR Measurement Knowledge.
? Good sense of continuous improvement.
