职位描述
Responsibilities：
This work plan is designed to achieve the following objectives:
To act as a focal point for space planning activities and supporting client' projects at a strategic and operational level in order to achieve optimum space utilization by understanding their space requirements and business needs.
1.Develop and maintain an affordable space strategy to associate block plan with business direction.
2. Negotiate space boundary changes with customer groups under minimum of management supervision in diplomatic and courteous manners to manage user expectation in line with space strategy and affordability.
3.support in selection of business location and contract negotiation.
4.Gather information in order to define space design strategy and follow client Connect standard
5.Develop fit-up proposals by identifying suitable space for the groups being moved.
6.Update and collaborate all office relocations, incorporating moves and re-arrangements with the service group in line with changes to space allocation.
7.Regularly assess the portfolio for opportunity to improve. Such as SUS (space utilization Study)process in Pan-China
8.Ensure visual standards in all locations maintained and improved during any space planning activities.
General measurable:
· Assist project managers and support client projects. Define appropriate workplace management strategy to be in line with client business needs, end-user expectation and infrastructure/service feasibility.
· Continuously building up space planning knowledge in order to create an optimal workplace experience in line with the strategic vision of the company.
Requirements：
1.Knowledge of office space management & office fit-out projects.
2.Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
3.Good communications skills (written and verbal) in both
4.Good Computer Skills & knowledge, particularly in CAD.
5.Competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Problem solving skills.
6.Fast learner and willing to grow with the organization
7.Can perform multiple jobs at the same time.
