岗位职责：

1、负责接听和过滤总机来电,记录有效电话信息并转告相关部门同事。
2、负责接待访客，并及时通知到相关部门同事。
3、负责公司各部门快递、信件、包裹、传真等收发管理。
4、负责公司各办公室饮用水定期订购、质量评估和水票保管。
5、负责公司前台产品宣传栏资料整理、更新和保存。
6、协助行政专员定期对各类办公设备和办公家具的联系维修和保养。
7、根据公司公务用餐登记要求，负责午餐券订购和备用金管理。
8、负责维护公司前台区域安静、整洁和有序。
9、完成部门经理临时交付的其他事项




任职要求：

1、大学专科以上学历，行政管理及文秘类相关专业优先；
2、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
3、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力；
4、形象气质佳，性格开朗，普通话标准，具亲和力。
