职位描述
? Provide good customer service for designated accounts
? Responsible for maintaining as well as developing these accounts to achieve annual sales targets
? Being the contact between clients, partners and internal functions
? Execute annual sales plan to achieve sales target by means of promoting sales development in sales value and amount, expanding market share and exploring new business segments according to market situation
? Execute working processes within commercial team and give input to the improvement and development of the working processes
? Order follow-up, liaison with customers and prepare proposals ensuring that the sales cycle is closely monitored and completed
? Ensure good working performance by improving own technical expertise on company products/ services
? Prepare sales and/or progress report when required
? Establish close working relationship with other team members to optimize company resources to achieve business goals
? Business travel is required
? Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager
EDUCATION:
? University degree in Business Studies or related subjects
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
? 5 years’ practical experience in business development/ account management
? Experience in financial/ insurance industry and/or multinational company a plus
? Experience in credit management a plus
SKILLS REQUIRED:
? Good command of English and Chinese
? Presentable with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
PERSONALITY TRAIT:
? Customer-focused, well-organized and meticulous
? Self-motivated yet a team player
? Willing to work beyond regular office hours, if necessary
