1、负责微博/微信公众号运营推广,负责策划并执行微信营销线日常活动及跟踪、维护;
2、提高粉丝活跃度,与微信的粉丝做好互动,对微信粉丝的网络行为进行分析与总结;
3、负责微信公众账号的内容更新,人群聚集,话题发起,客户管理等工作。能够策划组织线上与线下活动,通过活动增加社会化媒 体曝光率,提高粉丝与好友数量,提升客户黏度:
4、负责微信公众帐号的推广与渠道的探索,了解用户需求,收集用户反馈,分析用户行为及需求;利用专业运营数据分析工具分 析粉丝社会化媒体运营指标,提高运营效率与效果:
5、制定社会化媒体运营与品牌营销策略;在微信,豆瓣等社会化媒体开展品牌营销工作:负责建立与外部各渠道的良好关系,整 合各渠道资源;同时了解和搜集网络上各同行以及竞争对手的信息状态,分析其优势和 劣势,深入竞争对手的网络平台,扩大 自身影响力:
6、搜集有效粉丝的问题反馈和批评建议,对有效粉丝的需求和行为进行数据分析,将整合后的数据提交给相关人员;
职位要求:
1、精通微传播,有成功的微信公众号运营推广经验;
2、熟悉微信平台推广营销,能独立完成所有流程,有基础运营知识或户外达人更佳;
3、具有优秀的销售运营、营销培训经验,擅长移动端营销;有直销运营经验者优先;
4、勤奋好学,耐心有亲和力,具有团队协作精神与良好的人际沟通能力,抗压能力强;
5、一年以上微信托管运营和推广管理经验者优先。
