Role Summary/Purpose

The Technical Publication Engineer is responsible for operator documentation and service documentation compiling and publication for MRI product:
• Coordinate program and design team to make the plan for documentation release
• Collect input from design team and draft the manual, hold the review for manual content
• Organize verification and validation test for manual
• Execute translation project to translate the manual into multiple languages.
• Execute design release to phase the manual into

Essential Responsibilities

1. Bachelor degree in English, Bio-science, electrical engineering or above
2. 1+ years technical publication relative work experience
3. Demonstrated technical domain knowledge on technical publication field
4. Effective communication skills and boundaryless behavior—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, good team player
5. Demonstrated organizational, functional, and leadership expertise to lead a small team on a project, sub-system or platform initiative
6. Fluent in English (written and oral) is required.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Working experience on technical publication for medical equipmen is highly preferred.
2. Be familiar with MadCap, eCLS publication tools
3. Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
4. Customer focused: strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure
