职位描述
Objective:
Business Control Department’s will primarily be responsible to provide business insights to stakeholders. The team will coordinate overall strategic financial management to ensure business continuity, continuous improvement and growth covering areas in business controls, budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, risk management, compliance and corporate governance. The department will provide leadership and land in areas of performance evaluation through preparing and tracking Balanced Scorecards at a group level and supporting at mill levels.
Key Deliverables:
1. Prepare (review if existing) long, medium and short term goals for the Pulp business. Translate those to annual Balanced Scorecards and further cascading down to annual budgets.
2. Provide techno-commercial expertise in the delivery of sound business/financial solutions with regards tactical and strategic decisions facing the Pulp business group.
3. Budget and management reviews and performance monitoring
4. Partner with the Mills to continuously drive them to achieve monthly/annual budget targets and outperform Balanced Scorecards.
5. Identify and support in continuous improvements of business processes with focus on non-value adds activities and overheads.
6. Capital expenditure budgeting, tracking and reporting ROI for growth and improvement related capital expenditures.
7. Identify business and operational risks for business continuity and ensure funds allocation and disbursement.
8. Monitor mill inventories for raw material and spare parts, identify dead stocks.
9. Monitor receivables, payables aging.
10. Develop business control skills and capabilities in the mills and HQ
Job Description:
1. Standardization project
Review existing data input system and standardize data definition across various locations
Propose optimal meeting requirements, key performance tracking indicators to stakeholders for various locations
Provide templates to various locations on agreed performance indicators
Support (hand hold) for roll-out of templates at various locations
2. Conduct periodic review with respective locations, identify issues and drive solutions with regular feedback to CHQ.
3. Review annual budgets, benchmarking, monthly tracking of budgets, BSC and KPI
4. Propose to management balanced scorecards for various locations in discussion with the mills.
5. Prepare SOPs related to Business Controls
6. Develop business analysts into future business controllers locations
