Assist Sea Freight Export manager to manage, monitor and control key account team in accordance with the strategy and general policy of the Dachser Group

Assist Sea Freight Export manager to recruit, motivate and train team member and maintain a higher quality in order to achieve the good KPI from key account client

Ensure on-time shipments & communication of delay or accident

Forecast carrier and secure space & equipment for every shipment

Monitor documentation quality, including file closing, billing instruction, extra charges and billing revise validation

Help team member solve problem and shoot trouble

Ensure proper filing and clean & safe work space

Manage agent and control cost

Well organize and manage key account team, including motivation team building, modelling the way, training & coaching, performance record/appraisal, proper allocation of workload, etc.

Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the management of the company or other sources

Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the Dachser Group enthusiasm, professionalism, Straightforwardness
