Role Summary/Purpose

Provide first level support to Service sales function. Responsible for analyzing sales market data.. Conduct trainings to sales teams. Coordinate regional compliance board meetings. Responsible for coordinate all customer issues across functions like Fin, OTR. Support sales operation leader in SFE & other activities related to drive growth by setting up effective processes to collect & analyze data.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Support region sales daily work.
2. Coordinate business mechanism to drive business growth and visibility.
3. Region Sales and dealer data collection, analysis and reporting.
4. Monitor key dates and update timely to maintain its accuracy
5. Generate sales forecast and analysis reports, and communicate with all related functions/regions
6. Strategic push and monitor booking progress from forecast to EPOP entry, till to order booked.
7. Coordinate cross functions internally finance, OTR, delivery team for system data maintain timely and accurately , and for system enhancement once necessary.
8. Coordinate marketing and product function to collect frontline information.
9. Maintain and update all relative digital tools
10. Support others project what related sales to achieve productivities for the business.
11. Build nice sales team atmosphere by good communication and regular mechanism

Qualifications/Requirements

Quality Specific Goals:
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 3+ years related working experience is a must.
3. Excellent analytical capability
4. Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
5. Proficient at PC office software such as excel ,word, powerpoint etc.
6. Good English capability in both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Sales operation experience in multi-national company is preferred;
