Job Description & Qualifications
The overall responsibility is to provide quality customer service to all employees above and beyond their expectation. This position will offer support to all employees through implementing the company benefit programs. This position will also be responsible for implementing, improving and stabilizing HR Shared Service organization with a focus on continues improvement, ensure efficient delivery in keeping with audit, security, legal and regulatory requirement.

Position purpose
To provide quality customer service to all employees above and beyond their expectation. This position will offer support to all employees through implementing the company benefit programs
Position responsibilities
1.Interacting with different sub function for process alignment.
2.Ensure all Shared Services processes are in line with Internal Control requirement and local legislation requirement.
3.Identifies and making recommendations for process enhancements.
4.Play key contact person role during company auditing and government auditing.
5.Lead annual Ford internal control modules and annual business plan activities in Shared Services team, acting as main contact person for Internal Control related matters.
6.Source of expert information and advice in the area of Shared Services specialization to HR sub teams, line managers and senior management.
7.Responsible for controlling and processing of incoming requests customers; which may include validate the accuracy and integrity of work to be performed prior to execution.
8.Manage external vendors service delivery upon agreed KPI .
9.Tracking FMCL attrition status and providing deep dive analysis to leadership.
10.Interface with C&B team in local benefits policy reviewing, translating Compensation and Benefit policies and new programs into payroll/benefit.
11.Manages the implementation of employee’s benefit program that includes saving plan, domestic relocation, stock program and other statutory benefits.
12.Interface with C&B team to continuously improve employee benefit operational practices and procedures.
13.Record and track the database for employee’s benefit program such as saving plan, domestic relocation and housing assistance etc.
14.Timely provide the employee benefit report for payroll.
15.Conduct the New Employee Orientation.
16.Ad hoc projects assigned by Shared Services Manager.
