Preferred previous experience
Prior experience in Marketing Communications, developing detailed marketing launch plans a plus
Area of professional exposure (technical skills)
High energy, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision is a must
Ability to work within a diverse environment and team
Fast learner with ability to understand complex issue and develop creative solutions
Near-fluent English competency
Ability to effective conduct WebEx and Audio Meeting with multiple Countries on call
Flexibility on working hours given Global Marketing and time zone differences
Functional skills
Key competencies: communication strategy, consumer insight; brand positioning; managing the marketing mix; relationship management; product marketing, revenue and cost management.
Job specific skills
Ability to manage cross-functional/cross market teams; knowledge of luxury marketplace
Have experience in Marketing, Sales and Brand Management
Be knowledgeable on Lincoln business processes and products and China markets
Job Description & Qualifications
1. Lead launch and sustainment of High-end Imported Vehicles.
?Manage more than three high-end imported vehicle launches timelines per Global Marketing Launch Process (GMLP) – 6 key milestones
?Drive stakeholder alignment on all communications deliverables and develop 360 communication campaigns
?Coordinate with cross functional team members including but not limited to PR, finance, logistics, auto show, CRM, digital, tier 1, retail marketing, sales, PD, to lead integrated vehicle launch and brand campaigns.
2. Lead strategic planning for high-end imported vehicles.
?Deliver the Primary Brand strategic placemat and future roadmap
?Lead development of the Primary Brand Integrated Communications Placemat (Marketing + PR)
?Support the Primary Brand effort and champion communications both internally and externally
?Champion BEAT Brand Equity Attributes Tracking reporting and work with agency partners on analytics (e.g. key drivers of Favorable Opinion, Favorable Opinion objectives)
?Continue to innovate by leveraging experience in luxury markets – auto and non-auto
3. Manage Pre-Launch Activation and Brand Experience ("Guanxi").
?Drive non-traditional communications channels (pre-launch/brand experience) to help build brand guanxi
?Develop pre-launch activation strategies (regional/global) which make Lincoln culturally relevant to consumers
?Identify and pursue media channels that are consumed by luxury customers and key influencers
?Work with PR to support activation and brand experience elements (e.g. events, auto shows, etc.)
4. Drive Fixed Marketing Forecasts and Analytics.
?Develop robust methodology for media spend analysis to serve as input to develop Fixed Marketing forecast
?Establish media spend based on competitive benchmarks using Share of Spend (SoS)/Share of Market (SoM) or MCube modeling
?Drive development of marketing budget spend model that supports establishing a luxury brand and favorable opinion
5. Lead Agency Relationsip and Management.
?Support the development of Agency Scope of Work (SOW) including detailed planning placemats, resource summaries, and proposed performance metrics
?Support completion of agency evaluation (mid year, year end) and coordinate submissions from markets per GAMT and ensure 100% green on-time delivery to VP Global Marketing
?Support the completion of agency compensation calculations and serve as SME Subject Matter Expert for market support
?Track status of monthly budget incl. production, agency travel, etc. and identify opportunities/risks to forecast
6. Lead Lincoln China Governance for Agency Management and Fixed Marketing Analytics.
?Support the development of a comprehensive Fixed Marketing process to support Business Plan and annual budget planning
?Gain alignment of agency management/marketing budget deliverables via GMLP forums (Lincoln China/ Lincoln GLobal), Communication Strategy Board (CSB)/Comms meetings Support the Global Advertising Management Team (GAMT) with agency management deliverables
?Manage relationship and meetings with purchasing in support of business deliverables
7. Co-lead Pricing Strategy development and variable marketing management
Coordinate with forward pricing team to establish launch pricing strategy and variable marketing plan
?Support on-going variable marketing analysis and monthly/ quarterly Verable Marketing plan update
8. Order Guide / PCV Product Configuration Variety Development
?Co-lead China order guide development and validation process to support on-time vehicle wholesale and retail orders
Support on-going OTD order to delivery planning and order guide maintenance公司介绍
