1-Cash management
1) Responsible for cash forecasting, analysis and variance reporting,
2) Manage daily cash position,
3) Maintain Treasury ERP and banking systems,
4) Minimize idle cash though optimal mix of borrowings and investments?
2-Provides support to the treasury team in areas relating to treasury activities, including operations and admin support
3-Develops basic data analysis in areas such as cash management, foreign exchange, risk management, and treasury services and solutions.? Produces periodic reports on treasury operations.? Participates in various basic treasury projects.? Contributes to solution development with guidance? Produces periodic reports and/or manages system set-up/control on treasury operations.
4-Support risk management regarding compliance risk, FX and interest rate? Support bank relation and structure management
5-Credit Management:? To conduct credit rating analysis and make the credit rating suggestion? To assess and evaluate financial status and credit status ? To process credit limit and payment applications, updating customer master data in SAP? To assist credit related reports? To assist in establishing risk management policy and guidelines? To participate in ad-hoc projects? Responding to inquiry and research requests via various resources, especially through the phone call, home visit report, web checking and credit bureau report etc ? Establish and maintain strong, pro-active and effective working relationship with external customers and internally with sales, marketing and the various operation units rate? Responsible for delivery hold processing

Qualifications:Education and Experience Required:
1-Bachelor or Master degree, major: Business/Finance/Economy?
2-Ability to manage multiple priorities (required)?
3- Ability to build business relationships and partnerships (required)?
4-Excellent written & verbal communication skills (required).?
5-Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills (plus)?
6-Strong financial analysis skills (plus)Knowledge and Skills Required:?
7-Basic knowledge of treasury and credit management processes and overall business environment?
8-Basic knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to treasury and credit management activities?
9-Basic knowledge of China's financial markets and financial products?
10-Basic research and analytical skills in areas related to treasury and credit management?
11-Basic financial and business acumen.?
12-Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.?
