Key Responsibilities
Office administration:
? Reception work
? Courier management (in & out)
? Travel Arrangement (incl. hotel, flight, train, car rental etc.)
? Supply & Facility management
? Stationery & office supply
? Office facility maintenance
? Office cleaning & plant
? Business card print
? Vendor daily management (hotel, car rental, IT, plant, copier, cleaning, drinking water etc.)
? Agreement renew and contract negotiation
? Admin related monthly payment & report
? Business license renew
? Clean desk audit
? Other admin tasks assigned
HR onsite support:
? Facilitation of staff activities (e.g. outing, annual party, kick off etc.)
? New staff onboarding support
Required Skills and Knowledge
? Proficient use of office software
? Time management skills
? Prioritize tasks in a proper way
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good Negotiation skills
? Attention to details

? At least 3-5 years’ working experience as office administrator
