职位描述
Mission:
Define categories for online players based on a complete benchmark of the online national ecosystem.
Lead the relationship with Online Key accounts (eKA) by establishing joint business plan.
Negotiate with eKA to improve the positioning of company and increase sales to dog and cat owners. Share its eDistribution experience within the subsidiary and throughout the Company eCommerce community for promoting, shaping, enriching the eBusiness model of Company.
Ensure delivery of the eKA sales target
Maintain good and regular commercial relationship with eKA
Establish joint business plan with eKA, and set objectives about the account management.
Define and monitor business KPI’s
Manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies
Conduct account reviews
Coordinate cross function business leaders (Supply chain, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, IT…)
Ensure best practice sharing with National Sales Team, and also Shanghai and Est Region team and key account manager.
Provide activity reports to eBusiness director, national sales director and marketing director
Organize internal communication about eDistribution
Content of the Job:
This position requires project management in a mode of strong interaction with other services / businesses.
This position develops a good working relationship with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention. A eKA manager has good business skills and has good sales and marketing skills. He has good negotiation skills and customer service skills. She has good teamwork skills. He has creative and critical thinking skills. She has good organization skills and has good communication skills. He has good networking and a strong presence. She has high motivation, energy and discipline and has good presentation skills. He has a good understanding of the industry.
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a real player for eCommerce either for a retailer (chain) or a renowned brand (luxury, car accessories ...) with a specialized distribution
Previous experience as a sales representative, or key-account or eRetailer
At least five year successful experience with eKey-account management
Track record of successful negotiations
English is a must
