Job Responsibilities工作职责:
？ Work with consultants and key users to implement SAP modules. As the key member of implementation team, discuss and confirm blueprint, participate system configuration, testing, training, etc. Transfer knowledge from consultants to IT and Users teams.
？ Rollout SAP modules to plants outside of Shanghai after launched in Shanghai, perform requirements analysis, blueprint design, system configuration and testing, training, troubleshooting, etc.
？ Coordinates and takes the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of SAP modules in his/her area of responsibility.
？ Plans, designs, develop, and implements efficient IT systems in support of assigned organizational functions.
？ Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
？ Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.
？ Communicate and coordinate with other team leads, business and technology leadership to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the SAP landscape and effective interfaces to other systems/technologies.
？ Assist with incident management and resolution for area of responsibility.
？ Create and maintain system and flow documentation for related data and business processes.

Position Qualifications任职要求:
？ Bachelor Degree and above, major in Computer Science or Commercial/Accounting
？ Minimum 5 years related ERP experience in discrete manufacturing industry, automotive components is preferred
？ Solid knowledge in manufacture processes, ERP support and development, SAP is preferred
？ Strong communication and documentation skills
