THE COMPANY
Asia Retail Partners (“ARP”), is a Shanghai based company that develops French leading retail and F&B brands targeting affluent Chinese consumers.
As for today, ARP has a portfolio of 5 leading French brands: Sergent Major, Simone Pérèle, Façonnable, Angelina and Big Fernand.
ARP is now looking for an IT Manager for the brand ANGELINA.
ANGELINA has been recognized worldwide as the highest place of Parisian’s sweet treats from 1903. Pastry’s amateurs come from all over the globe to enjoy the institution’s atmosphere. Today, we have several restaurants and Boutiques in Mainland China (Shanghai, Beijing) and Hong Kong and plan to open more in 2015 and 2016. All our restaurants and boutiques are located in very famous locations in each city.
IT MANAGER F&B – FRENCH RESTAURANTS IN CHINA
- Maintain the Point of Sales System (AUPHAN);
- Manage the installation of the POS system in stores and provide daily support to the restaurant teams;
- Manage the implementation of the management strategy for the restaurants needs (i.e. promotion, stock etc.,)
- Provide essential hardware support for the laptops, desktops, servers, printers and monitors in the company;
- Ensure the integrity and security of the company data on host computers, multiple database, and during date transfer in accordance to business needs and industry best practices regarding privacy, security and regulatory compliance;
- Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights and storage allocation in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security and regulatory compliance;
- Perform routine system back-up, restore information as needed;
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on servers and workstations;
- Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specification information;
- Support application development.
PROFILE
- Experience: minimum 4 years of experience in IT and at least 1 year of experience in F&B business
- Chinese and English languages are necessary
- Independent, rigorous and organized, team spirit, volunteer and motivated
- Experience in foreign company is a plus
