工作职责：
-处理客户电话回访工作；
-处理、录入公司各活动数据；
-处理电子刊物制作；
-协助举办各项客服活动。
岗位要求：
-大专以上学历在校生，金融、经济学等相关专业；有证券/基金从业资格者为佳；
-具有一定的金融专业知识，了解金融理财产品；有金融机构相关实习经验者为佳；
-嗓音甜美、普通话标准；
-细心、有耐心，诚实、值得信任；
-较强的沟通能力和适应能力；
-熟练掌握电脑操作（Word、Excel、FrontPage等办公软件）；
-每周实习时间至少3天。
