职位描述
工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:
1. 接到客户(包括整车厂,仪表板厂家和座椅厂家)抱怨信息,给出快速响应方案: 及时赶到客户现场进行了解,立即和工厂CQS联系.
Once receiving customer complains, provide quick response: go and see in customer side and immediately contact with plant CQS.
2. 负责采取遏制措施,如协调顾客现场或中转库的挑拣/检验和任何的返工;
Responsible for taking containment action, ie. coordinate on-site sorting/inspection activities in customer or transit warehouse and any rework activity;
3. 对于发生的不符合事件进行现场的初步分析, 及时给工厂CQS汇报,协助解决问题,使客户满意。
Do go and see to provide preliminary analysis for NCEs, report to plant CQS on time and cooperate with plant to solve them, make customer satisfaction.
4. 每天访问顾客现场拒收区/库,进行分析和判定,及时退回给工厂进一步处理。
Daily review customer quarantine area and do analysis & judgment, then send back to plant for further disposition.
5. 定期访问顾客索赔中心,对市场三包索赔件进行汇总,及时报告和返回给工厂进行分析和判定,确保工厂可以在规定时间内进行申诉。
Regularly visit customer claim center and summarize warranty parts, report and return to plant on time to do analysis and make a judgment, ensure that plant can appeal to customer within required time.
6. 撰写每周周报,反映过去一周内发生的关键性/重复性质量问题或防止PPM被计入的情况。
Send the quality weekly report which reflects the repeat/critical issue or the PPM’s avoided in the last week.
7. 和客户建立和维护良好的工作关系,定期走访客户质量和物流人员,定期开展顾客满意度调查,反馈顾客声音/期望给工厂和管理层。
Create and maintain good relationship with customer, regularly visit customer quality and logistic people, do regular customer satisfaction survey, feedback customer voice/ expectation to plant and management.
8. 监督中转库的运作,确保符合公司要求,对于异常及时反馈,并参与AUTOLIV组织的评审。
Supervise transit warehouse operation and ensure to meet with company requirement, provide timely feedback when finding abnormality and participate in the audit which is organized by Autoliv.
9. 必要时,协助项目经理和工厂,向客户提交工程样件或变更样件,及时向其反映顾客反馈。
If necessary, assistant PTL and plant to submit engineering samples and EC samples to customer, as well provide customer feedback to them on time.
10. 根据工厂的通知,负责变更产品在中转库和客户处的断点控制,确保没有不符合事件产生。
As per plant notification, responsible for EC products switching control in transit warehouse and customer site, ensure no NCE to happen.
11. 协助递送财务票据。
Support the normal transfer of invoice and bank note from finance.
12. 协助ACE和奥托立夫海外工厂处理相应问题。
Support ACE and ALV overseas plant in solving the related problem of their products.
13. 协助部门经理,对流程进行改造,标准化的制订,使团队达成目标.
Assist line manager to do improvement on CQS work flow and standard creation, make team to achieve the target.
14. 具备培训驻外顾客质量支持人员的资格, 使其能胜任此职, 提升技能.
Has qualification to train other Field CQS and make him/her to take this job competently, increase skill as well.
15. 协助上级经理布置的任务。
Support other tasks assigned by line manager.
质量/环境/安全职责 Duties of Quality and Environment & Occupational Health & Safety:
1. 了解公司质量环境安全方针,遵守和执行公司管理体系文件规定;
Understand company policy, compliance with company requirement;
2. 了解并遵守工作相关的法律法规;
Understand and abide by rule during work;
3. 了解工作范围的危险源和控制方法。
Understand the hazard resource and control method during work.
4. 了解顾客质量环境安全政策,遵守和执行顾客要求;
Understand customer quality/EHS policy, compliance with customer requirement.

- 教育背景Educational Background:
机械专业中专以上学历并能熟练操作电脑
Mechanical professional secondary education and proficiency in operating the computer
- 要求 Requirement:
1) 有客户服务工作经验 Customer service work experience
2) 有相关质量工作经验 Related to the quality of work experience
3) 有良好沟通的技能 good communication skill
4) 有问题解决的技能 problem solving skill
5) 能运用基本的质量工具 can apply simple quality tool
