Role Summary/Purpose

The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) will deliver on product road maps and integrated program plans, as well as providing NPI leadership from product concept through customer satisfaction assurance to deliver programs to commitments, ensuring product cost meet business target. This position will work closely with the lead system designer and engineering program manager to meet these deliverables.

Essential Responsibilities

• Drive program execution and milestone closure using eNPI.
• Manage the product development process for NPI programs.
• Communicate program plans with cross-functional team and management.
• Lead cross-functional team(Engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, service…….) to make sure MR program meet target cost
• Lead all cross-functional program activities for software and hardware programs.
• Own development schedules and team execution, product ICV, must report out regularly to management team.
• Own the release distribution activities and processes for NPI programs.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: engineering or development knowledge, program management, and business planning processes having experience with the full product lifecycle
• At least 3 years of program planning and execution
• Demonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins
• Excellent Excel skill
• Ability to communicate using English
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task
• Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation
