职位描述
Resposibility:
1. Participates in vendor meetings, negotiation and bidding and contributes to all discussions with the best interests of the shareholders in mind;
2. Vet through all RFQ / RFP and Port contracts and sub-contracts and ensuring no mistake and irregularity in the contract terms and clauses;
3. Development of Port best practices and policies and ensuring enforcement in accordance to company’s policies;
4. Management of new vendor set up and keeping track of contracts and vendors database;
5. Preparing and consolidating deviation analysis reports, forecasts and budgeting processes;
6. Partner with the Port team to continuously drive them to achieve department’s KPIs;
7. Manages vendor contract performance through development and implementation of service level agreement metrics or other metrics as appropriate;
8. Monitors and executes vendor payments as documented in contract requirements

Requirements
1. Fluent English and Mandarin
2. Degree in Logistic, supply chain management
3. Strong knowledge in overseas container
4. Supplier bidding management skills is a plus
5. Over 15 years of progressive experience in Port / controlling function (pulp and paper industry a plus)
