Requriement:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a client-facing technical service environment, preferably supporting web-based products.
- Bachelor’s degree required: B Tech, BCA, BSc comp, BSc IT, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills. Experience working in a client-facing technical service
- environment supporting web-based products. In lieu of experience with web-based products.
- Strong collaboration, organization, multi-tasking and the ability to work well in teams. Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JavaScript or prior experience troubleshooting technical issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases from AdExchange Buy Side (AdX) or technical support of Google display advertising products.
- Scope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices and applying technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs
- Act as point of contact to provide consultative technical support and strategic relationship management to top online agencies and advertisers
- Drive customer communications and technical issue resolution, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Inculcate client end users on product usage, from the basics to best practices, via webinar training.
- Initiate and drive to completion both short term and long term internal projects to both improve and scale solutions the team provides to our clients
