职位描述
The Service Logistics Officer will work in the supply chain process Deliver for the spare parts supply chain of Siemens Healthcare for
the Asia Pacific region. He will process spare part orders from the Siemens regional units in Asia Pacific according to defined
processes and work instructions and ensures the timely and correct delivery of spare parts to the customer(s), also with regards to
the transports that originate from one of the warehouses in Asia Pacific or Europe.
- Processing of spare part orders
- Handling for all transports towards the Siemens regional units from any CS ML warehouse location in Asia Pacific or Europe
-Deliver spare parts and update kits to the customers in SAP to ensure a high delivery performance -
dealing mostly with less complex orders in a mostly well integrated IT environment
-Operationally handle all transports towards Siemens regional units in APAC
-Handle spare part escalations if spare part is not available but customer needs it together with
national and international partners (e.g. RSC, CS ML Germany)
-Support various continuous improvement initiatives
-Famiiar with SAP SD Moduel
-Fluent Working English
