Responsibilities

nSourcing of Partners, Strategic Negotiation, Contract Management and administration. Cost Control & Budget Tracking. Planning, Co-ordination and Timely implementation of Procurement deliverables. Monitoring and evaluating Partner Performance with regular Supplier Buyer Feedback. nConduct RFIs/RFPs to determine the right supplier and ensure the best overall value is obtained nPartner assurance including identification, registration, evaluation, ratings and communication. Cost analysis & Innovation. Cost Optimization and innovation through continuous identification of Partners and alternate strategy. nDevelop and monitor adherence to Company and IT enterprise standards, goals, processes, policies and standard operating procedures nEnsure IT policies and procedures are documented, communicated, and kept current nProvide status and progress reports for IT projects as needed with relation to area(s) of responsibilities nEnsuring security of data and access to data nDevelop business continuity plans



Required Qualifications

nGood command of English, both oral and written nBachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field n5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, software design, software project management, or a combination of roles within the SDLC lifecycle n5+ years of experience streamlining and standardizing business processes n5+ years of experience managing IT professionals n2+ years knowledge and understanding of software architecture, technologies, IT systems, and infrastructure
