BiW CAD Western Expert

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
? 15-20 years’ experience in Body in White area***
? Experience from Body in white parts design is needed with knowledge in stamping、 welding(include laser welding)、painting and assembly processes, Familiar with vehicle development process
? Good broad component working knowledge across the Vehicle Engineering product groups (Body, Interior, Exterior, Closure) and Vehicle Integration
? Additional qualifications are experience from GD&T. In depth experience from body assembly processes will be considered an advantage
? Knowledge of CAD/CAE tools utilized in automotive engineering
? Good skills in computer programs such as CATIA ,Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making.
? Good cross function communication and coaching skills to help other team members in solving engineering problems
? Fluent in speaking, presentation and written communication skills in English


Mission & Tasks:

- Act as a technical advisor for the design team
- Support on solving complex technical activities
- Improve the quality of the job performed by the team, outputs and deliverables
- Provide guidance to project managers and technical leaders to ensure client's satisfaction and fulfillment of targets
- Support commercial actions and preparation of both technical & commercial proposals to clients
