职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned.)
? Analyze and identify new market opportunities, Accountable for leading and tracking the process of capturing new opportunities as well as the result. Be culturally aware and sensitive to ensure success.
? Build strategic relationships and maintains coordination and communication with our global clients to ensure their participation in these services. This should be done at both the corporate HQ and at the local country level.
? Understand real client needs and requirements in order to have right strategy to approach the clients from different angles. Develop proposal upon client needs with internal or external support as needed.
? Understand and effectively demonstrate TTi products and services. Incorporate TTi products and services into proposed customer solutions.
? Develop project cost analysis and define pricing strategy with approve from finance and company management
? Develop strategies to explore new markets and develop/deliver growth targets, together with internal management team and global team
? Make deal with clients and take responsible for the business until start of delivery; Build up and strengthen multi-level and multi-functional relationship with clients; Coordinate with internal stakeholders of different function to push forward an aligned direction; Complete the project bidding process and contract sign off process with support from company and legal agent,
? Provide leadership and motivation to a small but growing cross functional team in China.
? Ensures targets are met within TTI’s strategies and ethics and global protocols
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE:
? University degree or above. MBA is preferred. More than 8 years working experience within client service, account management or sales in training or consulting company.
? Experience in managing business in a national role.
? Strong industry knowledge specifically in automotive consulting and training services will be an advantage.
? Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and come up with solutions.
? Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audience.
? Strong communication skills to work cross functionally; Proven ability to exert influence and impact beyond areas of direct control through personal relationships, and without always having data to support the argument
? Strong self-motivation to continuously drive for hunting
? Balance investment and resources to maximize benefit for TTi
? Fluent English and skillful with office software.
? Can accept frequent traveling
