Healthcare Finance

Role Summary/Purpose

Provide partnership with HCIT G. China commercial and ITPS team to increased visibility in commercial strategy and sales conversion performance with the goal of driving order/revenue growth and profitability increase of the business

Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with business commercial & ITPS leaders to engage & drive weekly order & sales review and prepare sales pulse review with China and global management team
• Review and approve nonstandard contract Terms & Condition; drive deal AR collection for equipment & service segment of HCIT G. China.
• Manage credit shipment, invoicing & coordinate approvals and T&C discussions with cash & controllership team.
• Establish clear, consistent reporting and operating processes across the region – ensuring accurate and timely data availability such as pipeline list, ITPS acceptance tracker and service MSA tracker.
• Seamless partnership with peers in building and enhancing HCIT Order & Sales reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Ownership of the quarter end journal entries such as Sales / COGS defer / amortization. Ensure zero defects for HCIT quarterly account reconciliation.
• Ownership for consolidated HCIT G. China Order / Sales estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews, SII (1-year Plan), and Operating plan.
• Provide financial analysis and insight in support of additional special projects as needed, including deal reviews, VSOE set up, commercial process enhancement & simplification etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 4 years of financial work experience including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews
• GE Financial Management Program (FMP) or Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) background preferred
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Exceptional analytical skills: clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Polished communicator… able to work effectively internally and externally with all levels of leadership. Deliver clear concise messages both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated leadership skills. Confidence / assertiveness with strong influencing skills across multiple, key stakeholders
• Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or ambiguous situations
