岗位职责
Email / mail handling
Monitoring incoming (e)mails and requests for Head of HR
Handling and answering (e)mails and requests if possible
Collecting to signatures documents and returning after signing
Time management
Planning and organizing appointments and meetings of Head of HR
Monitoring changes, timeframes, actions and deadlines
Booking flights and hotels for Head of HR and HR team members
Organizing meetings and events
Organizing department (project) meetings and events (including booking of rooms, tools, preparing agenda, making action lists and project planning)
Monitoring open actions and reminding responsible employees to finalize actions on time
HR Administration & Support
Keeping HR employee files and department archive up-to-date
Filling in forms for reimbursement and NPI’s for Head of HR
Preparing and/or revising HR announcements
Monthly checking the attendance rate of the HR team
Buying and distributing birthday tickets, card and vouchers
HR Processes and Template management
Preparing HR process descriptions and working instructions and keeping them up-to-date in cooperation with the process owners
Maintaining and updating the documents (descriptions, instructions, letters, contracts, flyers and forms), communicate changes in documents
Monitoring Corporate Identity for HR documents
Maintaining and updating Employee Handbook
Monitoring HR Calendar, communicating the necessary actions and keeping the Calendar up-to-date.
Document management
Key user for the X-drive and monitoring correct use of this drive
Key user for SharePoint; monitoring the structure, uploading, deleting and archiving documents and keeping the site up-to-date.
Other tasks
Planning of and communicating with the driver
Distribute HR relevant information to management
Maintaining, revising and updating presentations
Supporting Head of HR with ad hoc tasks and/or HR team in case of high workload
任职条件
Bachelor degree or above
2 years assistant experiences in international company, graduates are also acceptable
MS Office software, specifically word, excel and power point on advanced level
Fluent English in spoken and written

In order to make sure that Draeger products accord with the Chinese market and to ensure the qualify of after-sales service by Draeger that is recognized world wide, Draeger Medical invested to establish Shanghai Draeger Medical Instrument Company Limited (SDMI) in 1994 and Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) in 2001, respectively, in Shanghai to be responsible for all businesses of Draeger (Germany) Company and Draeger (North America) Company in China, and nearly 400 persons were employed.

Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) is an enterprise solely invested by Draeger Medical Joint Stock Company Limited. At present, four branches have been established in Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xian, and two independent incorporated companies, Draeger Medical Equipment (Hong Kong) Company Limited and Draeger Medical Equipment (Taiwan) Company Limited, have been set up in Taiwan and Hong Kong, respectively. The company sells products and provides services that cover various fields such as anesthesia, breathing, emergency care, newborn infants, medical gas supply systems, arm-suspension equipment, bedside equipment, operating tables, operating lamps and decontamination chambers etc.
