岗位职责:
40% PROMOTIONS
- Major station survey promotions 4 times a year which includes:-
i)Major promotional activity based on a TSL or CUME strategy
ii)Develop and maintain a media schedule to include points of communication
iii)Develop and maintain a budget analysis capturing end to end costs
iv)Present the idea to the Sales department
v)Assist Sales team in tailoring proposals for specific clients
- Create proactive station promotions monthly which is in line with the programming strategy and key marketing message of the station
- Strategic leadership for marketing teams to realize organizational business objective of building communities (via promotional tactics for consumers) and generating revenue (via integrated client promotions)
- Present proactive ideas to sales by way of email or physical presentation
- Together with Sales and Programming develop ONE trade led initiative to showcase the brand, strengthen brand equity and inspire sampling of the brand.
- Ensure MY FM Brand Guidelines are enforced and adhered to
- Work In Progress (WIP) reports to be submitted to General Manager, Group Marketing & Promotions every Thursday
- Twice a year to present marketing and promotional strategy to General Manager, Group Marketing & Promotions. To include challenges or obstacles impeding success
- Activating approved promotional and marketing strategy
- Maintain and update a weekly promotional and events calendar
- Ensure administrative work and archiving of all proposals and Promotion Confirmation Form (PCF) is done on a monthly basis
- Ensuring the Graphic Designer is briefed thoroughly by way of a Creative Brief
- For each promotion identify and recommend areas where digital extension can be integrated
40% BRANDING
- Update the brand footprint as and when necessary
- Strategic management of brands including Network Brands, Corporate Brand, and Service Brand. Ensure each brand has a defined and communicated strategy and Plan
- Update and archive all station profiles including show synopsis and grids
- Ensure correct formats are maintained in powerpoint presentations, email signatures, word documents and PDF’s
- TWO yearly generic print & online campaigns in line with the Key Marketing Message and Brand Guideline
- To plan a media schedule that covers all print/press/tv/outdoor/digital well in advance – i.e. at the start of every year
- Photography image bank to be ready at the start of the year. Forward planning required.
- Ensure all on-ground events have pre-planned signage in order to maximize station branding
- Ensure that all team members are developed to enable them to perform at the highest levels and ensure best practice process across all projects and resources
- To identify and update MY FM digital platforms with programming, non-programming and promotional content that is relevant to MY FM listeners weekly for website and daily for social media
20% COMPETITOR ANALYSIS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Every quarter to keep abreast on promotional and marketing activity on local & international radio stations
- To submit a monthly report to General Manager, Group Marketing & Promotions about local competitor activity which include: (i) promotional activity (ii) on-ground activity (iii) on-line activity (iv) advertising activity
- Manage general ad-hoc projects (i.e. merchandising sourcing & ordering) in a diligent and cost effective manner for projects related to marketing and/or promotions
- Justification form. All activity must be approved by the General Manager, Group Marketing & Promotions
- Ensure all commercial terms, values and airtime deliverables are reflected accurately in the barter contract
- Barter contracts and all supporting documents are to be archived in hard copy
任职要求:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing or Management or related.
- At least 8 years experiences related;At least 5 years marketing experiences in advertisement or media industry.
- Familiar with the media, advertising industry, A wealth of planning experience;
- Strong writing skills,can write Marketing planning and implementation independently;
- Good command of computer usage, and Fluent English & Mandarin in reading, speaking, listening, and writing.
- Creative bend of mind, and able to work under stress.
