Responsibilities:

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of quality policy and good practices as directed by the Quality Manager in compliance with the requirements of Airworthiness Authorities and AS9110.

l Carry out audits and surveillance of companies and service providers in accordance with the company audit plan and issue audit reports accordingly. Oversight of the audit corrective and preventative action program;

l Monitor technical data control, such as technical publications and quality documentations;

l Monitor the equipment calibration program;

l Maintenance of quality associated records/database;

l Assist in conducting assessment of company's maintenance personnel for issuance of work authorization;

l Review changes in legislation and regulation and prepare any required changes to company documentation and procedures;

l Assist Quality Manager in initiate composing maintenance Management Manual and working procedures;

l Assist Quality Manager in maintaining quality system.

l Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company or its authorized delegate.

Requirements:

l Bachelor or above, majored in mechanical or aeronautical engineering;

l Minimum 5-year working experience in aviation MRO organization, more than 2-year experience of quality management;

l Be familiar with authorities' regulations and AS9110 standard;

l Possess CCAR-66 maintenance personnel license, SUB-MEC;

l Fluent in written and spoken English;

l Solid computer skills in Microsoft software.
