Responsibilities:

l Provide support to HR recruiting activities, including JD , job posting and interview arrangement;

l Support to ensure recruiting operations goes smoothly and efficiently;

l Files, information and data analysis;

l Involve candidates review and assist to retain talent;

l Provide professional suggestions to line managers/supervisors;

l Answer questions about labor law or company policies;

l Support Campus Recruitment project;

l Independently take charge of Temp/Intern recruitment tasks;

l Handle of new staff orientation training;

l Involve company training activities;

l Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree or above majored in Human Resource or related;

l More than 3 years working experience in HR, preferably in a multi-national company;

l Self-motivated, proactive and strong team spirit;

l Good interpersonal skills;

l Good command of spoken and written English;

l Proficiency in MS office;

l Well organized and detail oriented.
