Assistant Manager/Manager, IT Advisory Services

Position Summary
- This position is responsible the management of projects to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.


Responsibilities
- Has sufficient understanding of the business case, identifying client’s needs and business opportunities
- Initiate project start-ups and lead plan/define phases for each
- Manage and deliver the project
- Conduct client relationship management
- Facilitates discussions with key stakeholders and management
- Manages risk and contingency to mitigate uncertainty

Experience and Knowledge:
- 3-7 years direct experience in operational risk management(ORM) and/or internal control projects or relevant position
- Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial knowledge and along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take responsibility for anORM project
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and solutions: consulting methods (e.g. Interview techniques, interpersonal skills, business understandings), full lifecycle ORM implementation experience(team leader or project manager) for banks and/or other financial institution, better with system implementation involvement.
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Leadership skills(e.g. team development, motivation)
- Good Chinese and English in speaking and writing
- Willingness for frequent travel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of risk management in finance sector
- Typically educated to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master). Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualifications
