职位描述：
1、负责所在项目日常安全、治安、交通等秩序管理工作；
2、负责所在项目消防安全管理以及消防设备设施维护、保养工作；
3、负责与相关政府职能机关定期联系、沟通；
4、负责项目内所有二次装修的监管；
5、对团队成员进行相关的预案培训、制导；
6、编写应急处理方案；

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，持有保安消防等物业证书优先；
2、五年以上相关工作经验；具有甲级写字楼保安消防相关工作经验；
3、办公软件操作熟练，熟悉国家物业管理相关法律法规；
4、较强的沟通能力，能妥善处理突发事件；
5、能独立，有效展开日常部门管理工作，监管及培训属下员工。
