Main Responsibility:

Current stage
Deliver the information of tolling manufacuring request to tolling facotry timely.
Manage tolling factory and warehouse inventory with high accuracy.Generate annual cycle count plan for tolling facotry and conduct it timely.
Provid training to tolling facotry people and generate training materials for each tolling facotry.
Monitor coating production process in tolling factory by batch. Daily goods receiving, issuing , storage and JDEdwards operation.
Communication with comercial team tightly to meet customer requirement with high customer satisfication.
Work as planner for tolling factories.
Near future
Will be a regular employee in 2016
Identify coating manufacturing process and facilities needs before coating plant start up.
Generate traingin system for coating manufacturing.
Hire coating operators.
Long term
Opportunity to manage entire prodcution area to meet compony needs.

Qualification & Requirement:

Above college degree.
At least 2 years manage experience in bacth prodcution field.
Good English skills both in writing and oral.
Good Excel,Word,PPT,JDE skills.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Honest, activety, serious,sureness and willing for responsible.
