GOAL
? Manage China inspection team and secure the inspection activity
? Keep good and smooth communication with all clients
? Provide necessary training and evaluation for inspectors & inspection coordinators
? Ensure the manpower and human resource of China inspection operation
? Maintain and improve the quality system
? Support Asian inspection manager’s work
? Ensure CTC integrity policy and perform random integrity checking on CTC inspectors


MAIN ACTIVITIES
? To ensure the inspection operating according to CTC target and development.
? To standardize and optimize the inspection criteria & organization for each location.
? To travel all over China where CTC has inspector located or inspections taken place.
? To participate technical meeting with clients and prepare the meeting report.
? To organize investigation for client complain or claim under Asian inspection manager’s supervision.
? To provide support, assistance, training or technical advice to the inspection team in daily base.
? To organize the biannual training to the inspector team according to the performance of the past season.
? To assess the inspectors’ performance and conduct the yearly evaluation.
? To conduct the interview with the inspector candidates to finalize the recruitment.
? To control the global operating cost including the fixed manpower cost, and the variable inspection expense cost.
? To be backup of local inspection supervisors.
? To manage the inspection coordination team, and to allocate the tasks to each staff properly.
? To follow up the factory technical audit activities for CTC China.
? To assist Asian inspection manager on organization, management and development of the inspection department, to suggest improvements in daily operation, and to maintain the efficiency of implementation.
? To keep close communication with Asian Inspection manager for the general inspection activities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
? Fluent English and Chinese in writing and oral
? At least 3 years of relevant and similar work experience, preferably in inspection supervisor or manager position
? At least 5 years onsite inspection experience
? Bachelor degree, ideally major in management
? Experience of working under own initiative and in planning and prioritizing workloads such as project coordination and implementation
? Honest person with good integrity nature, mature, endurable, responsible, & independent at work;
? Good interpersonal & communication skills
