The Web Designer position requires you to capture and represent ideas and concepts through beautiful design. Being an "out-of-the-box" thinker, the Web Designer should be able to create powerful, impactful, clean and audience-targeted designs and hold their design to the highest standards in order to help OnePlus share its message worldwide.

Responsibilities
Work with a small but talented group of engineers to develop our own ROM
Collaborate with PMs, designers, and QA to create a great experience for our customers

Requirements

Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Must be conversational in English
Demonstrable experience with ROM distributions and a deep understanding of the Android stack
4+ years professional experience with Java for Android
5+ years of software development experience
Open Source Software contributions (GitHub, Google Code, etc.) and community involvement (Stack Overflow, XDA etc.) are a plus
Either live in Shenzhen or must be willing to relocate
