- KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
- ? Manage and grow sales in business team Chemicals,ncluding distribution channel and direct customer management;
- ? Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments, contribute to business team strategy setting;
- ? Closely communicate with related colleagues in regional business teams, KA team, to coordinate all the sales related issues in domestic market;
- ? Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;

- REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
- Education
- ? Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economy or business management.

- Knowledge/Requirement
- ? Be familiar with chemical industries
- ? Be familiar with distribution channel and know how to manage;
- ? Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
- ? Very good communication skills, willing to communicate with colleague, customers and distributors;
- ? Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentations to customers;
- ? Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas;
- ? Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc).

- ? At least 4-5 year working experience of sales or business development in related industries
- ? At least 2-3 year working experience with multinational companies.
