Job Responsibilities:

- Liaise with suppliers and peers

- Supplier approval, auditing, assessment and development

- Ensure availability and completeness of product & test documentation

- Manage APQP/PPAP and change activities, as well as during production and support supplier phase-in & ramp-up

- Oversee integrity of product quality at suppliers through participation as integral part of the Commodity team

- Will also conduct quality audits which requires travel to suppliers

- Data recording, analysis and report generation


Requirements:


- Experienced in Mag & Mig welding parts, could accept process Engineer for Mag & Mig welding

- Bachelor's degree or above, in engineering or manufacturing majors

- at least 4 years work experiences in automotive industry, preferred at OEMs

- sufficient experience in supplier audit and SQAP, PPAP, APQP, FMEA and control plan

- know-hows in advanced quality planning, inspection equipment and techniques, assemble process and problem solving

- experience in supplier development

- good communication and negotiation skills

- good command of both spoken and written English, language in German is a plus

- self-motivated, open-minded and pleasant personality

- willing to travel
