Major Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and implement the annual territory sales and budget plan for in Southern China. Responsible for delivering sales growth target committed in STRAP. Major focus is maximizing value obtained in each application.
2. Grow existing and new technology applications to realise STRAP targets.
3. Coordinate plant trials and lab work for products at target prospects and customers.
4. Work with Sales Management and Marketing to develop and implement pricing that supports business profitability goals and maximize the value of our product solution.
5. Ensure corrective actions are rapidly planned and implemented to achieve sales targets and make recommendations on corrective actions for ensuring territory margin targets are achieved.
6. Provide leadership in the territory to TS&D, Marketing and Customer Service as well as other support functions to achieve "Selling Excellence" performance in the organisation.
7. Provide market intelligence, call/trade reports, resources for project team trials. Communicate customer unmet needs to assist in the prioritizing of global resources for project activity, TS&D work and technology development programs to meet the growth needs of the Business.

Business / Technical Skills & Experience Required:

1. 3-5 years of successful sales experience preferably in the Specialty Chemical used for electronic/electrical industry.
2. Open minded approach to new application areas and attention to detail on analysis and presentation.
3. Technical background consisting of experience in project development in electronics/electrical applications, metered dispensing equipment and electronics/electrical operation process.
4. Key applications of interests include electric motor/ inverters / transformers/ capacitors / sensors / controllers etc.
5. Key markets/ industries : Power Management/ New Energy / Automotive Electronics/ Consumer Electronics / LED.
6. Key material experience : PU/ Epoxy/ Silicone Potting and Encapsulants; PU/Acrylic/Silicone Conformal Coatings; PU/Epoxy/Silicone adhesives & sealants.
7. Character / Behaviour:
a. Ability to work alone with little or no supervision
b.Ability to creatively solve technical problems at customers' site
c. Ability to socialize and build strong relationships with customers.
