职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To proactively develop local strategic alliances and partnerships with scale and base for issuing co-brand cards with Citibank
- To maintain close working relationships and evaluate potential partner referrals from other businesses and countries
- To structure and negotiate co-brand deals maximizing Citibank brand and product profitability
- To manage co-brand cards portfolio in line with franchise growth strategy, through developing best-in-class value propositions and understanding the dynamics of co-brand P&L
- To drive system and business requirements for setting up acquiring networks should such needs arise in partnership deals
- To liaise effectively with all internal cross-functional teams and external partners / associations to ensure smooth implementation of co-brands
- To develop alliance opportunities for extending engagement on the areas covering- acquisition for sales spots, customer privileges on merchants, penetration programs on partner's member base, and co-brand cards
- To manage the full co-brand partnership development cycle, from strategy planning to 1)eligible partners and targeting, 2) solicitation and evaluation , 3) product packaging and financials, 4) RFP and bidding, 5) system implementation, 6) platform establishment
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with min. 5-6 years working experience
- Experience in cards product management is preferred
- Experience in partnership engagement and alliance negotiation is a must if no prior experience in banking
- Goal oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking mandarin is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence
- Strong negotiation, execution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, a good team player and have the ability to work collaboratively across matrix organization
