职位描述
Purpose:
To provide management support for the Willis CRS-Food & Beverage team, focusing on management of partner relationships, technical support, marketing services support and staff management.
Job Content:
?Seek sales opportunities from multinational companies in food& beverage industry in China, prepare presentation, proposal if necessary.
?Provide/coordinate insurance broker/consultant service to clients, identify and solve client problems with assistance from service team members.
?Responsible for service quality of designated accounts as second pair of eyes on day-to-day services, lead the client meetings/presentation.
?Maximize client profitability through efficient delivery of service and cross selling.
?Assist in any fee negotiations and/or agreeing commission levels with insurers.
?Through good client liaison and internal communications, support the alignment of the respective needs and capabilities of the partners.
Education and/or Experience:
?Undergraduate degree or above.
?At least 8 years’ experience in insurance industry, preferably broking
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
?In-depth knowledge and experience of the Chinese insurance broking market. General understanding of all types of general insurance products and placement.
?Excellent marketing sense and sales skills.
?Team management/leadership.
?Client-oriented, with flexibility and problem solving skills
?Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, with good written and good spoken English.
