职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司应用系统的研发、维护工作；
2. 负责应用开发项目需求分析和架构设计；
3. 负责应用开发项目的项目管理工作；
4. 负责应用开发项目的集成测试和用户测试；
5. 负责应用开发项目的用户培训和技术支持；
6. 编写相关项目文档。
岗位要求：
1. 计算机、电子工程、自动化、应用数学等专业本科及以上学历，有证券/基金/期货从业资格者优先考虑；
2. 三年以上软件开发经验，精通Java或C/C++编程语言；
3. 熟悉struts、spring、hibernate、ajax、SOA、WebService、jdbc、xml、javascript、jsp编程；
4. 熟悉Tomcat、Apache、WebLogic等服务器配置和部署；
5. 熟悉Oracle、SQL Server、MySQL等主流数据库；
6. 熟练使用Linux/UNIX或Windows开发平台，有大型网站开发经验者优先；
7. 有电信、证券、银行、基金、保险等行业IT项目开发经验或有Call Center/CRM开发经验者优先；
8.具备良好的职业素质、团队合作精神和组织协调能力;
9.有较强的学习能力，喜欢钻研新技术，吃苦耐劳；
10.具备良好的沟通能力，能熟练使用英语听说读写。
